Reminiscent of the iconic “Rex” line of guitars sold through mail-order catalogs in the 1930s, ‘40s, and ‘50s, the Jim Dandy™ models capture the classic charm and character of those early Gretsch® flat-top guitars while offering exceptional playability and top-notch tone.

With a unique slope shoulder body shape and a compact 24.75” scale length, the Jim Dandy™ Deltoluxe™ Dreadnought delivers a comfortable and manageable size without compromising on the dreadnought's renowned volume, projection, and bass response. This X-braced instrument boasts select lightweight laminate tonewoods for a well-balanced vintage sound and reliable durability, while the “C”-shaped neck provides a welcoming playing experience for endless old-timey inspiration.

The onboard Gretsch Deltoluxe magnetic soundhole pickup adds versatility to the already stellar acoustic tone, making it ideal for live performances, recordings, and use with effects pedals.
