Return Process

  Securely place the instrument or accessory in its original packaging, including all manuals, cables, and warranty cards that were included.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item is in its original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
